There’s a certain softness to a wedding day — and it’s that feeling that informs how I photograph.
My approach is centred on storytelling, allowing moments to unfold naturally while being attentive to light, connection, and the subtle rhythm of the day.
I’ll offer guidance when it’s helpful and step back when it’s not, creating space for photographs that feel honest, effortless, and present.
My work is warm and true-to-colour, shaped by what’s real rather than what’s forced.
My Story
When I’m not photographing weddings, life is slower. Time spent in the South West. Coffee by the coast. Exploring Australia with my best friend by my side. Our dog never far away — happiest with sand between his paws.
These things matter to me. They shape how I see, how I move through a day, and how I photograph the people I’m invited to document.
Each gallery is approached with intention and respect — knowing these photographs will be returned to, shared, and held onto for years to come.
I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
I can’t wait to do that for you.
Photography became part of my life during a period of unexpected change.
After a work injury in my ambulance role, time away from work created space to reconnect with creativity. What began as a way to stay engaged with the world around me quickly became something enduring — a practice grounded in observation, presence, and care.
That experience continues to shape how I work today.
More than a decade later, and hundreds of stories photographed, I approach each wedding with a clear understanding of what these images will become.
